Prior to joining Sampson, Jim spent the past 8 years as CFO of Dane Street LLC. He built out the accounting team and processes which helped enable explosive revenue growth from $5m to $50m annually. Jim has over 30 years of professional experience across Finance, Business Partner and Operational areas with an ability to provide key financial control and reporting. He possesses strong expertise in Financial and Strategic Planning, Profit and Loss Management, Budget Development and Management, Cash Flow Management and Modeling. He is adept at working with business leaders and owners to identify gaps and opportunities to foster revenue growth and bottom-line results. He has worked across various sectors with diverse business sizes. Jim is a graduate of St. John’s University with a degree in accounting. He earned his MBA from Nichols College.
